Emma and Susie have been super helpful with the sale of my first house especially when the buyer, estate agents and other side's solicitor have been, let's say difficult. I have had my full trust in them and they've both had my best interest at heart. I've had really quick responses on everything and Emma has explained everything to me really clearly.

I can't begin to thank Emma and the team from WB Pennine Law enough for all the hard work and diligence in dealing with the sale of one of our properties.
There attention to detail from start to finish was spot on, and there was no question from myself to them that was deemed irrelevant ! Which in turn gave me greater understanding and confidence in understanding some of the legal terminology used.
We are that happy with Pennine Law that we've decided to use them in selling our second house as well as purchasing our new home as well. I think that in itself show how much confidence we have in this solicitors.
From the girls behind the reception desk to the team upstairs I just want to say well done, and we'll be seeing you very shortly.

Did not have the best experience at all I understand my house was an X new build and I understand there is a few more things needing to happen in regards to selling it but the whole process took roughly around five months before it was finally completed and that was a week over The compilation date. Any time I tried calling I was always greeted with the reception desk and any time I asked to talk to my solicitors they were always on annual leave or out of the office so constantly having to get in touch with the reception to get any kind of update or if I had any questions in my eyes, they might as well have been the solicitor. I was never kept up-to-date and it was only when I asked to speak to the managing director is when the process started to become a bit more smooth sailing.
Personally, I would not be using these guys again

Highly recommend the solicitors and all the brilliant staff who work there
From start to finish we received excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble.
After having so much hassle from a previous solicitors, dealing with Megan & Chloe was such a relief! They dealt with our case quickly and efficiently & answered any questions we had.
Had to call into office a couple of times with paperwork and the lady on reception was so friendly and made us feel at ease with everything
We will definitely be dealing with them again if we ever need a solicitors & would highly recommend them
