Absolutely appalling service, let me strung out for two weeks with no support or contact which resulted in me chasing them to they then turned round and told me that they would no longer take on my case as their trainee has gone on annual leave. Really don’t waste your time with these people because they won’t give you the time of day. Asking for £1000 upfront payment in order to try and get something moving when they have previously not set out or do any of the things they said they would previously do when provided information and documentation to help with a case . AVOID!

We’re sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion. We accept that we did initially provide you with an estimate for some work you were looking to have completed. Unfortunately, by the time you were able to come back to us, we were no longer in a position to take you on as a client and assist you within the timeframe you set out. As soon as we knew we couldn’t meet your timescale, we informed you that we couldn’t help you. Since then, you have called our offices numerous times, and have at times been difficult, aggressive and rude.
