I used Tim for a flat purchase and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout - Tim was always quick to respond to emails and was also available via WhatsApp, which made everything even more convenient. No question was ever too much trouble, and I always felt informed and supported. I’d definitely use Tim again without hesitation and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive conveyancer.

Excellent Service for a First-Time Buyer

Tim and his team have been fantastic throughout the entire process of buying my first property. As a first-time buyer, I was actually bit clueless about how everything worked, but they answered all my questions clearly, kept me in the loop, and maintained regular contact with both my mortgage advisor and estate agent to ensure everything stayed on track.

Tim frequently phoned to provide updates, which I really appreciated. He was always easy to talk to—friendly, patient, and approachable. I genuinely felt supported from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing solicitor.

Prompt communications from the firm at all times and ensured completion in a complex sale and purchase process, assisting with the purchase side of things for my new home. Tim was the epitome of efficient

Special thanks to Tim Hare for being so so efficient when handling our sale. Not only was it month end, it was the end of the financial year AND the last day before stamp duty increases. Tim was on it from the outset and even worked the Sunday before to ensure everything completed as hoped and planned. unfortunately the worst thing that happened to me when buying a house

I contacted this law firm for help in buying a house, I was assigned this lawyer, you held my case for a month, then without notifying me, he wrote that he would not handle the purchase of the house because my English is too poor, I still have not received a refund of the money I paid on December 11, stay away

This review has been a long time coming..

Sold my house back in April and also had a help to buy on it.
I can honestly say the company is brilliant, it was local, had good reviews and so changed from the estate agent solicitor to this one after having seen more bad reviews than good from them, and I am so glad I did.
There’s no denying the service is good and the work is clear and everyone I came in to contact with was good, but every single one of my props go to Laura Wheatley. Laura is the most professional, efficient, honest, loveliest person I have ever dealt with.. in any company I’ve had business with. Laura literally deserves all the good that comes to her. It was my first time selling a house and I was leaving the country at short notice and she made everything so seamless with fantastic communication.

Thanks so much Laura and I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but I hope you get the recognition you absolutely deserve and more ☺️
