I just want to say thank you so much to Caroline and team for the quick completion of buying our dream house. After bouncing around previous solicitors for months with delays and issues we finally found Caroline at Holden Smith. The process was quick, efficient and done and dusted within a few weeks. Caroline was very transparent and thorough. Explaining everything at our pace and nothing was too much trouble. (Even after all our questions) We would definitely recommend and will be no contest if we need any services in the future.

Abena was allocated our remortgage after some confusion and we had already lost 2weeks of progress. We were stressed and expecting a heavy mortgage payment if we did not complete before the end of the month. Abena communicated swiftly and assured us that she would do her best to get us to complete before the end of the month. Not only did we complete before the end of the month, it was over a week before the date she had set. Cannot thank her enough.

Absolutely excellent, Leanne and her trainee Bethany Have been nothing but brilliant! I had a very difficult and non complaint divorce process, Leanne and Beth was nothing but on the ball, helpful and very understanding. They explained everything without legal jargon whilst they did all the legal bits and bobs. Advice provided was second to none. I did research before settling with Holden & Law - I am nothing but appreciative of all the guidance, support and communication had. Despite the non compliance of the other party incurring unnecessary costs, Leanne and Beth and colleagues including Tina in admin are reasonably priced, and fair! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service! Thank you

Leanne offered guidance and professional advice throughout, she or someone from her office (if she wasn’t immediately available) responded in a very timely manner to all my communications which was very helpful in easing the stress around my situation. Sold my house back in April and also had a help to buy on it.
I can honestly say the company is brilliant, it was local, had good reviews and so changed from the estate agent solicitor to this one after having seen more bad reviews than good from them, and I am so glad I did.
There’s no denying the service is good and the work is clear and everyone I came in to contact with was good, but every single one of my props go to Laura Wheatley. Laura is the most professional, efficient, honest, loveliest person I have ever dealt with.. in any company I’ve had business with. Laura literally deserves all the good that comes to her. It was my first time selling a house and I was leaving the country at short notice and she made everything so seamless with fantastic communication.
Thanks so much Laura and I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but I hope you get the recognition you absolutely deserve and more ☺️
