The service provided by the probate team and in particular Helen Clarke was excellent and caring from the first contact and throughout the process. Helen was very knowledgeable about the process and helped put my mind at ease during a very difficult time. I was kept up to date regularly and any queries I had were dealt with promptly by phone or email. I also used James Williams conveyancing team to help with the probate sale and this was managed very efficiently and swiftly.
