Bea is Brilliant

Bea is the kind of Lady you feel honoured to have on your team. She really looks after you, and your interests. Recently she steered me away from a house purchase that would have become a nightmare.
I am so very grateful for her help and the ‘no nonsense’ way she communicates with me.

Her support enabled me to complete my final purchase with minimal effort.

Feedback regarding setting up a Will and LPA

My husband and I were given professional and clear advice in all of our meetings with Jon . We were guided through the legal process and terminology with patience by Jon who took the time to explain it to us. We were very grateful for this attention.

Good

Jon was extremely efficient and finalised my Will for me.
I had been waiting, in my opinion, far too long for my Will yet once Jon took it over, he sorted it in days-thank you Jon.
I unfortunately feel that everything I initially enquired about and requested was not really dealt with or my wishes listened to or fully understood.
I was led to believe that certain wishes could be included in my Will and I obtained documents at extra cost for my initial solicitor. Eventually, months later, I was told this wasn’t the case and the documents had clearly not been needed!
I was told my Will was straightforward then told it wasn’t so paid more and I am still thinking I was probably overcharged.

Fantastic solicitor!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bea and her team. Every step of the conveyancing process (both selling my flat and buying my new house) was made hassle and stress free.
Even after the conveyancing finished, and I had additional questions, Bea never grumbled or made me worry. Everything was always clear and made easy for me to understand.
Thank you Bea and the team!

We recently worked with Abbie Fisher on the purchase of two properties, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Abbie was professional, efficient, and approachable. She guided us through the entire process with patience and clarity, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

Her attention to detail and regular communication gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly. Even after completion, she has continued to deal with the formalities, keeping us updated every step of the way.

It’s been a real pleasure working with Abbie, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again in the future.

A client

I am incredibly grateful to Bea and Nic, and the rest of the team for helping me with the sale of my flat and purchase of my new home. They provided great communication, were incredibly helpful and provided great advice.

I am also sincerely grateful that Bea helped over the several years through a failed sale, through to the successful sale of my flat and kept in contact with me to ensure everything was still going ahead.

Thank you all!
