I was very pleased with the service I received from Parfitt Cresswell Ltd regarding the probate application for my late mother.
My solicitor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the complexities of the situation. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through the probate application forms in detail. He explained each section and how the figures from our initial discussions were being used. This made the whole process much less daunting. He was proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues and his approach was practical and aimed at simplifying the process, clearly explaining the inheritance tax calculations.
He kept me informed about the progress and outlined the next steps after the grant of probate is received. His explanation of the online application process and the current processing times was reassuring.
Overall, I found my solicitor to be professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. He provided clear and understandable advice, navigated some complex issues effectively, and ensured the probate application process was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend his services to others in need of probate assistance

A conveyancer with impressive service
I went into 7 conveyancers' offices and each one said they would get back to me. Then I dropped into Parfitt Cresswell who immediately gave me a quote and agreed to my short time line. What a difference.
I was told I could phone, email or call in person without making an appointment. How refreshing.
And the service was impressive. I have heard stories about conveyancers but Parfitt Cresswell is in a different league. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Alison Kinnersley highly enough. She was under pressure to complete in a very short time. Our purchase was particularly complex and Alison handled it with ease. She was professional and patient throughout even when stress levels rose due to time constraints. We would definitely use her services again without hesitation.
