I was selling a 4 bedroom house and buying a retirement flat. The seller's conveyancer was not particularly helpful(and remote) and buying a retirement flat has unique issues. I also had used Parfitt Cresswell for my will and had read their book about later life living. Their service was excellent and I could meet them regularly as in person.

Both Gwen and Patuni were super diligent with our house sale. The service provided was excellent and they kept us informed at all stages. If we needed to speak to them they made themselves available.
