Lyons Bowe were fantastic for our property purchase. Normally when you recommend a solicitor it's sort of "this one was less of a pain to deal with than the other one", but Lyons Bowe were genuinely brilliant and I'd recommend them to anyone. They also had a very neat app where you could see a little moving van getting closer to the house... which helped on some of the more stressful days. It also helped to see the overall progress of the purchase, along with items that were still left to tick off. It was very transparent.

Overall, their way of working is a little different to a lot of firms, as each stage of the process is handled by a different team (e.g onboarding/proof of funds, legal formalities, and then exchange/completion). This isn't a negative in any sense, as it meant each team were experts in that part of the process, and were always super responsive and transparent.

Efficient handling of initial stage of conveyancing - uploading of property and contents information forms. The electronic forms were slightly restrictive in the responses we could give, although it was useful to be able to edit our responses before signing off. It would have been useful to see the guidance notes on the actual forms (TA6, TA7 and TA10) before we tried to complete the forms. Many thanks for your help so far.

Lyons Bowe drafted a new will for me. Whilst there may be less expensive options, it was not a simple will and required the assurance of a specialist's input. I found them easy and pleasant to deal with. They gave quick responses to questions and were good at translating some of the jargon for me. I would recommend this service.
