So far we have had excellent service and help by the New Instructions team. Very good communication and clear help guiding us through the process. Lily has been excellent!
The only downside is that we have not managed to get their App working, so are missing out on much of the information and especially the progress in our selling and purchasing.

Solicitor Lyons Bowe recommended by the Estate Agent. Received detailed information from them outlining the various steps of a sale, what the solicitors would provide and what was expected of us. All the staff an Lyons Bowe were excellent at communication and we dealt with the following members who always promptly returned documents and answered question very quickly.
Many thanks to Madeline Coles, Charlene Jones, Zoe Spencer, Faine Buckfield, Shanice Govender,Rhea Strawford and Jayne Moxham. All these staff members had the details of the transaction and we were pleased to deal with a company that organised their staff and systems so well.

The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
