I had a really good experience with Lyons Bowe selling my flat with Lauren Cray as the conveyancer. The onboarding process was made very easy, and the fees were reasonable. But above all the communication from Lauren was really good, and she made sure everything was done as soon as possible, despite some delays caused by the buyer's solicitors. I would definitely use Lyons Bowe again.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
