Quick and efficient basic will
The joint mirror wills were carried out quickly and efficiently. However after completion, we became aware, having spoken to others, that there were some additional clauses which we would have benefitted from including. We wish that these options had been suggested as possibilities and discussed with us at the outset.

Initially the speed and ease of contact was excellent. There were a few teething troubles with contact once the legal team were assigned but they were soon ironed out and from then on I had absolutely no complaints. Queries were dealt with swiftly and the team were very helpful and professional. Highly recommended. I will definitely use Lions Bowe again in the future.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
